How fast will my site actually be live?+

What if I need to cancel?+

Because these are custom builds, deposits reserve production time and become non-refundable once setup, strategy, design, content, or build work begins. If something isn't working as promised, use the claims portal so we can review and fix it properly.

Do I own the website?+

Yes — your site and everything on it is yours. How it's hosted going forward is up to you: Managed Hosting, install on your own hosting for a flat fee, or Complete Handoff (2 years of hosting included) with zero ongoing ties to us.

What happens after the 2 years on Complete Handoff?+
