Yes — every rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup. Free within 20 miles; $2/mile beyond that.

What's your rain policy?

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before with no fee if weather is a concern. We're always flexible.

Are your inflatables sanitized?

Every inflatable is deep-cleaned and sanitized between rentals with hospital-grade product. Certificates available on request.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes — we carry $2M general liability. Additional insured certificates for venues take 24 hours to issue.

Absolutely. Every package is a starting point. Swap items, adjust counts, add extras — we'll price it out same-day.

What surfaces do you set up on?

Grass, concrete, asphalt, artificial turf. We stake grass and sandbag hard surfaces. No indoor setups above one story.

What if something breaks during my event?

It happens — no charge as long as it wasn't intentional damage. We build wear-and-tear into our pricing.
