How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and events over 100 guests, we recommend 9–12 months, especially for May–October Saturdays. Corporate and smaller private events can often be accommodated with 3–4 weeks' notice. Our online availability shows real open dates before you commit.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 25% deposit secures your date, payable online at booking. The balance is split into a 50% milestone 60 days out and the remainder due 7 days before the event, all trackable in your client portal.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, kosher-style, and allergy-specific plates are built into every menu proposal. We include a dietary survey link for your guests and map every restriction to a labeled plate on service day.

What's included in your per-guest pricing?

Menu pricing includes food, standard service ware, buffet or station styling, and on-site culinary staff. Service staff, bar packages, rentals (linens, china, glassware), and venue fees are itemized separately so you only pay for what your event needs.

Do you offer tastings?

Every booking over $2,500 includes a complimentary tasting for two in our studio kitchen. Additional guests and pre-booking tastings are available for a fee that's credited to your contract if you book.

What service styles do you offer?

Plated dinners, family style, buffets, chef-attended stations, cocktail-style receptions, and drop-off catering for corporate clients. Most events combine two or more — your event lead will recommend the right mix for your headcount and venue.

Do you provide staff and bar service?

Yes. Servers, captains, chefs, and certified bartenders are all in-house — no third-party staffing agencies. Bar packages range from beer and wine service to full craft cocktail programs with a dedicated bar lead.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable for 14 days after booking. After that, cancellations more than 90 days out receive a full credit toward a future date; within 90 days, the deposit is retained but transferable once.

How do headcount changes work?

You can adjust your guest count in the client portal up to 21 days before your event. Final numbers lock at 14 days, and your invoice updates automatically — no email chains required.

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve the entire metro area at no travel fee, and surrounding regions within 90 miles with a distance-based delivery fee shown at checkout. Destination events are quoted individually.
